With the celebration of E·CO 2010 we intend to support the diffusion and consolidation of the photographic collectives phenomenon and to present the projects that 20 groups in Europe and Latin America are doing, on Ministry’s request, with the Environment as a starting point.

With this premise, each group has freely chosen the topics and locations of their project. Thus, the exhibition will be a sample of the most pressing environmental problems, in the countries where the collectives are operating. At the same time, it’s a way to understand the peculiarities of teamwork and its modes of representation.

The exhibition happens in Madrid, during the Meeting of Euro-American Photographic Collectives. Subsequently, it will be held in Soria.
